These are great days for The Revival Center. If you want to become part of an exciting and dynamic move of God, come and visit us at 3850 Ramada Drive, Paso Robles, California. The people of our fellowship are escalating and exploding in faith. We have nothing to brag about in numbers, but the quality of the Word is second to none. We love worship and long to be in His presence. There are times of jubilation and there are times of weeping and brokenness. We believe that God is sovereign and and His Word is authoritative. The gifts of the Spirit are in operation without a circus mentality.

At The Revival Center, we desire to be an active part of our community and to make a real impact on our city. We have people actively involved in prison ministries, motorcycle ministries, Prayer Tent ministry, evangelism, men ministries, and women's ministries. During these tough economic times, we are seeing God's people get jobs, start businesses, and be hired and trained for success. They are faithful to God and understand biblical stewardship by partnering with God in finances and seed sowing.

At TRC, we believe that God uses ordinary people to do extraordinary things. There are no big "I's" and little "us's". We are fully aware that we are all just donkeys for Jesus and we have been saved by His grace.

What do we need? How can you help?

We desire people who possess the gift of worship through music. We are not looking for musicians (they are a dime a dozen); we are asking God for worshipers.

We need people who know how to pray and are not afraid to get in the trenches and do warfare.

We need people who are apt to teach the uncompromising Word of God.

We need people who desire to fit into a five-fold ministry without a spirit of competition.

We need people who desire the gifts of the Holy Spirit.

We need people who will worship the Giver and not the gifts.

Come visit us at The Revival Center where everyone is welcome -- saved, unsaved, backslider, or renegade. At The Revival Center, you will see the power of God in action and feel the genuine love of Christ. TRC is truly a guilt-free zone, but I warn you, it is high in spiritual conviction!
Why did Jesus fold the linen burial cloth after His resurrection? The Gospel of John (20:7) tells us that the napkin, which was placed over the face of Jesus, was not just thrown aside like the grave clothes. The Bible takes an entire verse to tell us that the napkin was neatly folded, and was placed separate from the grave clothes. Early Sunday morning, while it was still dark, Mary Magdalene came to the tomb and found that the stone had been rolled away from the entrance. She ran and found Simon Peter and the other disciple, the one whom Jesus loved. She said, 'They have taken the Lord's body out of the tomb, and Idon't know where they have put him!' Peter and the other disciple ran to the tomb to see.. The other disciple outran Peter and got there first. He stooped and looked in and saw the linen cloth lying there, but he didn't go in. Then Simon Peter arrived and went inside. He also noticed the linen wrappings lying there, while the cloth that had covered Jesus' head was folded up and lying to the side.

Was that important? Absolutely! Is it really significant? Yes! In order to understand the significance of the folded napkin, you have tounderstand a little bit about Hebrew tradition of that day. The folded napkin had to do with the Master and Servant, and every Jewish boy knew this tradition. When the servant set the dinner table for the master, he made sure that itwas exactly the way the master wanted it.. The table was furnished perfectly, and then the servant would wait, just out of sight, until the master had finished eating, and the servant would not dare touch that table, until the master was finished. Now if the master were done eating, he would rise from the table, wipe his fingers, his mouth, and clean his beard, and would wad up that napkin andtoss it onto the table. The servant would then know to clear the table. For in those days, the wadded napkin meant, 'I'm done'.

But if the master got up from the table, and folded his napkin, and laid it beside his plate, the servant would not dare touch the table, because.......... The folded napkin meant, 'I'm coming back!' He is Coming Back!

HE IS RISEN AND HE IS COMING BACK and in light of current events He is coming back very soon :)
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: large;">I apologize that this is the first post in a long time. I look forward to speaking revelation into your lives.
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;">

<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: large;">These are perilous times, but these are great times. I believe that we live in the day that we will see the return of Jesus. As we see things unfolding everyday, we can see the Scriptures coming to life. That which has been long concealed is now being unveiled. That which was mysterious, is now becoming manifested. As we read Ezekiel 37-39, we can see the Middle East and Russia being strategically placed for an end-time war against Israel. We are warned to pay close attention to the powers from the extreme north. Extreme north is Russia. Nations are congregating and plotting to come against Israel and her allies. America has always experienced blessing because America has always stood with Israel. Now, as America is leaning toward the support of the Palestinians, America is suffering today greater than it ever has.
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;">

<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: large;">I look at currents events and watch the cataclysmic devastation around the world. To those that have read the Word of God, these events are not surprising nor alarming. I am fully aware that earthquakes have always happened. Yet, we need to pay attention to the frequency and the intensity of the earthquakes, tsunamis, and volcanic eruptions (Luke 21:10-11). It is interesting that catastrophes have happened on September 11 in New York, January 11 in Haiti, and now March 11 in Japan. The number eleven (11) in biblical understanding deals with the things of imperfection, disorganization of systems, and the disorder or chaos of things. In these last days a spirit of chaos is brewing, but be encouraged! God has always been in authority over chaos! From the very beginning of time, God the Creator has brooded over the chaos.
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;">

<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: large;">These are the days that we must get closer to God. These are the days of divine return. There is a grieving as God calling is for the return of His children. Pious platitudes and sanctimonious religious worship won't work anymore. He is calling for a new and fresh relationship that is strong enough to carry you through the storm and the fire. Be comforted for God will place you under His care and protection if you are willing to trust Him.Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08687608025557682770noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9041041145903515584.post-66478831072883982292011-01-26T15:26:00.000-08:002011-01-26T15:26:46.135-08:00Child-like FaithI received this from Pastor Bill - Christian Cyber Ministries. January 26 2011. Thought it was worth reading.

<span style="color: red; font-family: "Comic Sans MS"; font-size: 11pt;">Scripture: Mark 10:15

<span style="font-family: "Comic Sans MS"; font-size: 11pt;">"These children are at the very center of life in the kingdom. Mark this: Unless you accept God's kingdom in the simplicity of a child, you'll never get in." MSG

<span style="font-family: "Comic Sans MS"; font-size: 11pt;">The following is said to be from an 8 year old boy who was completing a third grade homework assignment in a Christian School. The assignment: "Explain God"

<span style="font-family: "Comic Sans MS"; font-size: 11pt;">The boy began, "One of God's main jobs is making people. He makes them to replace the ones that die, so there will be enough people to take care of things on earth. He doesn't make grownups, just babies. I think because they are smaller and easier to make. That way he doesn't have to take up his valuable time teaching them to talk and walk. He can just leave that to Moms and Dads."

He followed up: "God's second most important job is listening to prayers. An awful lot of this goes on, since some people, like preachers and things, pray at times besides bedtime. God doesn't have time to listen to the radio or TV because of this. Because he hears everything, there must be a terrible lot of noise in his ears, unless he has thought of a way to turn it off."

<span style="font-family: "Comic Sans MS"; font-size: 11pt;">The boy continued: "God sees everything and hears everything and is everywhere which keeps Him pretty busy. So you shouldn't go wasting his time by going over your Mom and Dad's head asking for something they said you couldn't have."

He also added: "Atheists are people who don't believe in God. I don't think there are any in town --- at least there aren't any who come to our church."

The boy speaking about Jesus: "Jesus is God's Son. He used to do all the hard work like walking on water and performing miracles and trying to teach the people who didn't want to learn about God. They finally got tired of him preaching to them and they crucified him. But he was good and kind, like his father, and he told his father that they didn't know what they were doing and to forgive them and God said O.K."

About church the boy commented: "You should always go to church on Sunday because it makes God happy, and if there's anybody you want to make happy, it's God. Don't skip church or do something you think will be more fun like going to the beach. This is wrong and besides the sun doesn't come out at the beach until noon anyway."

He followed with this Atheist analysis: "If you don't believe in God, besides being an atheist, you will be very lonely --- because your parents can't go everywhere with you, like to camp, but God can. It is good to know He's around when you're scared, in the dark or when you can't swim."

As a wrap the boy continued, "But you shouldn't just always think of what God can do for you. I figure God put me here and he can take me back anytime he pleases. So I better get to work telling everyone about him so they don't miss out. And that's who God is and why I believe in the Father, Son and Holy Spirit."

<span style="color: red; font-family: "Comic Sans MS"; font-size: 11pt;">Prayer:<span style="font-family: "Comic Sans MS"; font-size: 11pt;"> Father thank you for child like faith no matter how old I am. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen!
Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08687608025557682770noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9041041145903515584.post-17410899532498258082010-08-29T14:19:00.000-07:002010-08-29T14:40:18.607-07:00Obeying the Command of Baptism

August 22, 2010 at The Revival Center was an exciting day as Jose Cantu, Dottie Gracie, and Jael Abdelaziz were baptized. God is raising up tremendous workers to pray for those in need. Minister ReRe Taylor, Dottie Gracie, and Edie Cook are some of the first few to have served as prayer attendants. So far, we have been taking the tent out on Thursday afternoons until about four o'clock. June 3rd was our first outreach and today, June 10th, was our second. God has proved Himself awesome.

Today, the tent was pulsating with power. The presence of the Spirit of God was evident. People were driving by honking, waving, and eventually stopping saying, "Yes, I need prayer." One lady stopped and said I need prayer and just started to cry. Dottie embraced her and she told us she had just lost her husband and she needed peace. A long time friend of mine was just happening to be driving from Salinas passing through. He had called me and asked, "Can I stop by for a blessing?" He was not even aware of the tent ministry. So, we prayed and he went on his way to Nevada.

As we were chatting amongst ourselves, a man, his wife, and teenage son approached us. With tears in their eyes, they said that they needed prayer. As I inquired of the prayer need, the husband said, "My wife was diagnosed with a brain tumor yesterday." Then the wife said, "As we were praying this morning, the Lord showed me a white tent with the word 'revival' written on it." As they were driving down Spring Street, the husband exclaimed, "There is your tent!" WOW! GOD IS AWESOME ALL BY HIMSELF! We prayed the prayer of faith and I am expecting to hear the miracle of God.

Sounds to me like God is in the tent.

Stay tuned, I shall be giving you updates as to what and as to where God is performing His miracles.

Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08687608025557682770noreply@blogger.com7tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9041041145903515584.post-57719408751024153222010-04-29T17:47:00.000-07:002010-04-29T18:10:54.971-07:00ENJOY YOUR LIFELife should be enjoyed, not endured.

Have Victorious Resurrection Day !!!!!!!Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08687608025557682770noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9041041145903515584.post-92089054551100245312010-03-29T20:14:00.000-07:002010-06-10T23:16:20.995-07:00Deep calls unto deep.

It is the cry of God’s heart for His children to desire a deeper experience with the Father. It is in the deep caverns of worship that we find great revelation. God the Father is revealing Himself in a new and a greater way in these last days. As we dig deeper, worship longer, and humble ourselves in His presence, we are exposed to His power. What springs out of the deep recesses of divine intimacy is a new revelation of who God really is. As we come to know the God of the Bible as Abba Father, we build a relationship where God shares with us His deepest secrets. When we are inundated with the secrets of God, the trivial things of the world fall to the wayside and they will no longer control us. When deep calls to deep, we hear the depths of brokenness and the cry of repentance. Something happens when our repentance comes in contact with the Blood of Jesus. True repentance destroys the religious practices of the institutionalized churchgoer. Repentance admits that we need God.

When we desire God more than life itself, when we are willing to surrender our feelings and quit letting Satan tempt us with offence, God will come and take center stage of our lives. God wants to take me, you, the Revival Center, and all His children into worlds unknown. Deep calls to deep and shallow calls to shallow, trivial is hungry for more trivial. Oh, that we would quit being afraid of the deep. The deep brings us to a place of abiding in His presence and it is in His presence that we can enjoy all that He is and all that He has.

GOD IS CALLING THE REVIVAL CENTER TO GO DEEPER. PLEASE COME GO WITH ME INTO THE HOLY OF HOLIES.

Bishop Gabriel AbdelazizAnonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08687608025557682770noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9041041145903515584.post-16326586775264542392010-03-21T17:51:00.000-07:002010-03-21T18:20:42.297-07:00Soul IssuesThe soul is the seat of emotion, thought, passion, intellect, and choices. Man is a product of his influences and surroundings. We have been molded and formed by our choices. It is unfortunate that our soul is so under-nourished. We are attempting to be victorious out of a wounded soul. Because our soul is weak, we find it difficult to gain control over our lives. We need to know that sick can't help sick. Emptiness cannot make full. We cannot dispense out of our soul what we do not have.

The Bible tells us in 3 John 2, "I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health even as thy soul prospereth". Our health and wealth is found in the strength of our soul. Our soul is exercised by obedience. We must make a practice of making right choices. Our choices must be filtered and screened through the Word of God. A happy soul creates a joyous life. Light in the soul dispels the darkness of this world.

How to heal your soul:

Make choices based on faith and not fear.

Do not make decisions based on your feelings. Cause your soul's emotion to be surrendered to God.

Want what God wants and not what you want.

Understand that true success and prosperity is first a soul issue before it is a material or spiritual issue.

Realize that soul issues are always supposed to move us closer to God.

Have a great day as you work at prospering your soul.
Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08687608025557682770noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9041041145903515584.post-72333334623802943652010-03-16T20:32:00.000-07:002010-03-16T21:04:31.213-07:00Loving LifeLife is an incredible gift. Life was meant to be lived and not loathed; it was meant to be enjoyed and not endured. Far too many people respond when asked about life with answers like these: "Well, I am making it." "It's okay, I sure will be glad when this day is over." "Well, life is a struggle, its a battle." "I feel like Job." The list of negatives goes on and on.

We need to start seeing life as a journey of excitement believing that we have been given one opportunity after another to grow and advance. You need to know the only battle God allows you to face are the ones He expects you to win. We must set in motion the victorious thoughts of winning. Winners are never whiners. They see the opportunities and seize the moments. Winners never cheat themselves of the challenge. They are lovers of life, smile a lot, laugh a lot, they envision their success, they surround themselves with other winners. As lovers of life, they never settle for average, they hate mediocrity, they strive for the best.

Wake up each day with a mindset of "this is my day." Today is my gift from God. Prepare yourself to squeeze all the juice out of life today. Don't crawl out of bed, leap out with feet and legs of excitement. Set your opportunity clock and make every opportunity your divine appointment.Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08687608025557682770noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9041041145903515584.post-89872297700309366462010-03-12T18:22:00.000-08:002010-03-12T18:58:12.843-08:00Words of Mass DestructionBeware of WMD (Weapons of Mass Destruction). I have located a more violent WMD and more destructive force. It is a force that can rot our bones and even pierce our souls. It is Words of Mass Destruction. We have within our mouths the ability to create or destroy, to build up or tear down, to edify or demolish. The choice is yours. It is not the outside forces that may be destroying your health, peace, and tranquility. It is the words that we speak. It is the self-talk (the constant communication that you carry on with yourself). The Bible says life and death is in the power of the tongue. It is by the words of our mouths that we are justified or condemned. We are often the product of our own words. We are fulfilling our own prophetic word. Our days are often set in motion by some of the very first words that come out of our mouths in the morning or the words that we prophesy right before we go to sleep at night.

Consider the words that we speak regarding our spouses or our children. Quit yelling. A soft answer turns away wrath. Let kindness and consideration come from your lips. We need to learn the power of the blessing. If we need to say something about someone, it might as well be what we want to see in them. Don't reinforce their failures, draw out their greatness. Learn to speak it into existence. We must believe that we receive and we can have it. If we can control our stinking thinking, we see past our difficulties. Our words truly are the building blocks to success and prosperity. You need to know that money has never made anyone rich. Richness is born in our thought patterns, and our thoughts play out in our speech.

This is your day to start to develop a new way of talking. Change your speech and the direction of your destiny will become clearer.Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08687608025557682770noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9041041145903515584.post-87099603151222216212010-03-09T19:19:00.000-08:002010-03-09T19:41:30.139-08:00How To Get Your BreakthroughThe greatness of God is magnified by the humility of men. The deeper we go in faith, the bigger God becomes. God desires to reveal Himself and He takes pleasure in the prosperity of His servants. Our true prosperity in found in the prospered soul. Our soul is crying out to be fed. A healthy soul gives birth to healthy thought patterns, stable emotions, and a peaceful heart.

We are enriched by consuming large portions of the Word of God and walking in obedience. There is a void in every individual that is crying out for God. When that void is satisfied by the love of God, then our spirit will leap within us and cause us to function in health. God is a God of restoration. He really wants to restore health, wealth, prosperity, relationships, and all that is missing or broken. The peace and fullness of God is never found in compromise. It is imperative that we respond to the call of God, not dressed in our religious garb, but clothed in humility. Your breakthrough is as close as your surrender.

Bishop GabeAnonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08687608025557682770noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9041041145903515584.post-5517050646885218172010-03-08T19:54:00.000-08:002010-03-08T20:17:11.786-08:00Our First PostThis is The Revival Center's first post. As the bishop of TRC, I welcome you to both our blog as well to our Center. You can find us at alphabeth.org or 3850 Ramada Drive, Paso Robles, California. Our music and worship is fantastic and the preaching and teaching is powerful. The Revival Center is a place of faith, fun, families, and fellowship.

This past Sunday, I spoke on "The Healing of a Damaged Society". If we could get ourselves healed, we could change our world. There is a cancerous disease chewing away at the moral fiber of our spiritual lives and our human existence. We are expecting damaged people to deliver us from our fears and perplexities of life. I submit to you that religion is not the answer, nor are our feeble attempts at being good is not the answer. There is only one way to heal the damaged soul of man and that is the surrender of one's life to God. He doesn't want your stuff, your money, your fame, or your fortune. He wants you!

Please let me hear your thoughts.Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08687608025557682770noreply@blogger.com1
